Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, financial, real-estate, or tax advice. A notary public verifies identity, witnesses signatures, administers oaths or affirmations, and completes authorized notarial certificates. We do not select documents or notarial acts for you, draft documents, or advise whether you should sign. Questions about a document’s meaning, legal effect, or suitability should be directed to the issuing agency or a qualified attorney or other professional.
Notary Appointments
Signers must appear as required, be willing and aware, and present acceptable identification. Documents should be complete except for signatures or entries that must be made in the notary’s presence. The requesting party is responsible for confirming any witness, document, language, or receiving-agency requirements. We may decline or stop a notarization when legal or professional requirements are not met.
Fees, Travel, and Payment
Fees may include authorized notarial fees, travel, printing, scanbacks, waiting time, after-hours service, or other agreed services. Pricing will be communicated or confirmed before service when reasonably possible. Payment is due as stated in the booking confirmation, invoice, or service agreement.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than two hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If travel has begun or we have arrived at the appointment location, a travel or service fee may apply. Please call or text as soon as possible if plans change.
PNW Senior Transitions
PNW Senior Transitions provides coordination and concierge support. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not act as a real-estate broker, attorney, financial adviser, fiduciary, appraiser, mover, contractor, care provider, or estate-sale operator. Third-party providers remain independent and are responsible for their own services, pricing, licensing, insurance, performance, and contracts. Clients retain final decision-making authority and are responsible for approving vendors, costs, and disposition of property.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We strive to provide professional and careful service, but we cannot guarantee acceptance of a notarized document by a receiving party, completion of a transaction, vendor performance, sale proceeds, timelines, or other results outside our control.
Third-Party Websites
This website may link to services such as Square, Yelp, or other third-party providers. Their websites, availability, security, policies, and services are controlled by those providers. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
